Hi everyone and welcome to my blog. My blog is about food, but mostly Asian cuisine. For my blog I will be doing recipes and reviews of food. Today I will be giving you guys a recipe for spring rolls.
The Ingredients you will need are: egg roll wrappers, any kind protein you would like to use, carrots, peas, cabbage, celery, vermicelli noodles, green onions, cilantro, 3 eggs, won ton powder, salt and pepper, oyster sauce, and sesame seed oil.
step one: grab a small pot and put 2 cups of vegetable oil inside of the pot. Heat the oil up to 375 degrees.
step two: mix your protein with the green onions, cilantro, 3 eggs (scrambled), celery,wonton powder, salt and pepper, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook this mixture on a pan with oil for 5 minutes.
step three: build your egg rolls, grab a egg roll wrapper, put in 2 teaspoons of the protein, and then grab some peas, carrots, cabbage, and vermicelli noodles, and then put it in the wrapper. Then turn your wrapper around to you so that it looks like a rhombus, then fold the right and the left corner in the middle. Then get the bottom corner and line it up with the top corner and the fold. Then you roll it.
step four: when your ready to cook them, put them in, and let them sit for 5 min on each side. when their done put them on a plate which has a paper towel on it, so that it can soak up all the oil.
step five: your ready to eat!
