The ingredients: rice paper, carrots, cucumber, vermicelli noodles, shrimp, lettuce, and cilantro.
step one: soak you rice paper in a big bowl of water until soft.
step two: cook your shrimp for 8 minutes.
step three: grab a rice paper and start to place your washed and cut vegetables and cooked vermicelli in the middle of the rice paper with the shrimp.
step four: turn your rice paper with ingredients in it to you. Make sure it looks like a rhombus. Fold the left and right corner into the middle, and then fold the bottom corner into the middle.Then you need to roll it, starting from the bottom.
step five: plate your food and you are ready to eat.
