Fried white and enoki mushrooms

Hi guys welcome back to another of my blogs. We are going to make deep fried enoki and white mushrooms.

the ingredients you will need are: 1 pack of enoki mushrooms, 1 pack of white mushrooms, rice oil or canola oil, mayonnaise, green onion, ketchup, 2 eggs, all purpose flour, rice flour, baking soda, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper

step one: wash all of your mushrooms and and prepare the batter. Mix in 1/2 cup of all purpose flour, 1/4 cup of rice flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, and salt and pepper.

step two: cut your white mushrooms in half and pull out 15 bunches of enoki mushroom. Beat your two eggs with a fork and dip your mushrooms in the egg batter and then coat them with your batter mix.

step three: heat up your oil to 375 degrees and cook your mushrooms until golden brown.

step four: take out your cooked mushrooms and let them rest on paper towels. Make your sauce with 1/4 cup of ketchup and 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, then sprinkle some cut green onion on top of your sauce and your fried mushrooms.

step five: Dip your mushrooms in the sauce and take a bite, then your all done!
