vegetable tempura

Hi everyone welcome back to another blog. Today as oyu can see on the title, we are going to be making vegetable tempura. We are going to be making the traditional tempura. Let’s get to the recipe!

The ingredients you will need are:

  • 1 large egg (cold 1 large egg = 40 ml)
  • 200 ml water (iced water)
  • 1 cup all purpose flour (1 cup = 240 ml = 120 g)
  • vegetable oil
  • cut sweet potato
  • cut carrot
  • broccoli
  • white mushroom
  • enoki mushroom
  • seaweed

step one: make you batter with the large egg, the iced water, and the all purpose flour. Mix until the batter is thin.

step two: heat your oil to 375 degrees and start dipping you vegetables into the batter.

step three: throw all of your vegetables in the oil and let them cook for 5 minutes or unti golden brown.

step four: let them sit on some paper towels to dry and serve with some tempura sauce

step five: your ready to eat!
