Hi everyone and welcome back to another blog post. Today we are going to be making an egg puff. It is fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Let’s get to the recipe!
The ingredients you will need are:
- 140 g all-purpose flour
- 7 1/2 g baking powder
- 1 tbsp custard powder
- 140 g white sugar
- 28 g tapioca starch
- 2 large eggs
- 28 g evaporated milk
- 140 ml water
- 28 g vegetable oil divided
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Step one: mix all of your ingredients together and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
step two: Heat your egg puff waffle mold.
step three: pour batter that fills the whole pan and let it cook for 3 minutes one side then flip for 3 minutes.
step four: put any toppings and your done!
