Miso soup

Hi everyone and welcome back to another one of my blogs! Today we are going to be making a delicious miso soup. Let’s get to the recipe right now!

the ingredients you will need are: dried sea kelp, water, bonito flakes, vegetable or chicken broth, tofu, scallions, miso paste, and shitake mushrooms.

step one: make your soup base. Put in 2 cups of water in a pot and add in 1/2 cup of bonito flakes, and 1 dried sea kelp (2 inches), 2 1/2 cups of whatever broth your using.

step two: cut your tofu, scallions, and shitake mushrooms into small pieces. Place them in the soup.

step three: get two tablespoons of miso paste and keep it in a spoon in the broth. Mix it in the spoon while it’s in the broth. Once full dissolved in the soup your read to eat!
