Hi guys and welcome back to another blog post. For today’s blog post I will be giving you guys a poke bowl recipe. This recipe sounds amazing and delicious. I think this would be great with boba tea as you beverage. Now further a do let’s get to the recipe!
- 2 cups dried jasmine rice
- 1 pound sashimi-grade ahi tuna
- 3 tablespoons of gluten free soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2-1 teaspoon of wasabi paste
- 3/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 cup sprouts (alfalfa, broccoli, bean)
- furikake rice seasoning
step one: Chop and slice all of your vegetables. Then put your rice in your rice cooker and let it cook.
step two: Take your ahi tuna and chop it into a small cubes. When done chopping take a bowl and mix it with the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, wasabi paste, and some of the sesame seeds.
step three: Get your bowl and put your rice inside of it. Place all of you veggies and sprouts around the edge of the bowl in separate sections. Then you will need to place your fish in the middle.
step four: Sprinkle the sesame seeds and furikake mix on top of your poke bowl. And finally put some chopped green onions all over the bowl and your done!
